Our staircases are all bespoke, and are purpose built for the space available in order to achieve safe access into your loft conversion.
We also offer just a staircase supply service. But please be aware that we would have to come out and take measurements ourselves, This is the only way we can guarantee they will be right!
There are a range of different designs that are open to you.

The actual design and finished staircase does depend on your architects design plans, But as much as possible your input and opinions will be drafted into the plans.
There are different types of staircase finish:
For example you could have an open staircase going up and then enclosed at the top with walls and a door. This is the more popular option as this gives a very useful bulkhead over the stairs that from the loft can be used as for a TV shelf or a Music system etc..
Or you could have it an open top loft conversion (spindles and banister) with the bottom of the stairs enclosed with a door isolating the loft area from your normal upstairs landing. Least popular option as loft bedroom door is at bottom of the stairs, but still an option!
If you have a huge loft area or a large bungalow then you can literally create another floor not just another bedroom. With an open landing in your loft area with one or more bedroom doors, bathroom and a storage cupboard.
Also you always have the option of under stairs storage which comes in very useful!
